What is different about the new portal?

Styling - You will notice subtle design updates across the portal.

Menu - There is now a fully functioning menu, simply click the plus icon in the bottom right hand corner of the portal to open the menu. The new menu allows you to navigate to multiple different pages from anywhere on the portal.

Filtering Feature - The filtering features allow users to find the room they need more efficiently and effectively.

How do the filters work?

Search by Name - Allows users to type the name of the room to filter the results.

Sort by Name - Allows users to sort A to Z OR Z to A.

Sort by Type - Allows users to display the meeting rooms associated with corporate conference room systems.

What do we do if we have more questions?

Do I need to bookmark the new portal URL?

Yes, please bookmark the new portal URL and remove the bookmark for the old portal URL. The old portal URL is being phased out and replaced with the new portal URL for better branding purposes.

What happens if we go to the old portal URL?

If you visit the old portal URL you will be redirected to the new portal URL.

Does it change anything with the meeting rooms?

No, does not change anything about how the meeting rooms work.

Does it change anything with the invitations?

No, nothing has changed.

Does it change anything with the invitations I have already sent?

No, no need to resend any invites.
